Ruling on the Prosecutor’s Custody Motion in the case of Armel Zalihić (S1 2 K 051664 25 Krn 2), on 28 March 2025 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision granting the Motion, and remanded the suspect Armel Zalihić in custody, which according to the Decision may last for a maximum of one month, i.e. until 28 April 2025, or until the Court issues a new decision, on the specific custody grounds set forth in Article 132(1), Subparagraphs a), b) and c), of the CPC BiH.

The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), as read with Article 201(5)i) CC BiH, and its Subparagraphs a), b) and d).
